Free shipping within the U.S. |
Shipping outside of the United States will be calculated according to package weight and destination.
We only ship to the US, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia at this time.
Most orders ship in 1-2 business days.
US orders arrive in 5-10 business days.
International orders arrive in 10-21 business days.
International orders can take time to clear customs.
It is your responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.
Your satisfaction is important to us, however, due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless your item is defective.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return for defective products. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. We will send you a return shipping label so that you can ship your package to our Returns Department. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
