Terms of Service
Your privacy is important to us. We use discreet packaging to ship your order. No one will know what you ordered.Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. All delivery timeframes are estimates. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays.
U.S. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times:
Your order may ship from more than one warehouse and in more than one package. You will only be charged shipping once.
Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Shipping Times: Shipping timeframes are estimates based on USPS.
Standard: FREE (5-7 business days)
*We are not responsible for delays or lost or damaged packages due to the shipping carrier.

Unfortunately, some brands do not allow us to ship their products outside the United States.
International Shipping:
Shipping outside of the United States will be calculated according to package weight and destination. Delivery time varies based on destination and shipping carrier used.
You, the buyer, are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees associated with the importation of goods into your country. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world.
Please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
It is your responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.
International Shipping Restrictions:
We cannot, in good conscience, ship adult products to countries where sex toys are banned. We believe these particular items will be confiscated by customs before delivery.

Please make sure that sex toys are not banned in your country before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages/products not received due to shipping restrictions.
Your satisfaction is important to us; however, due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless your item is defective. A lot of our products are backed by manufacturers' warranties and may be replaced by filing a claim with the manufacturer directly.
Cancellations:
Our system starts to process orders as soon as they are placed. Therefore, changes or cancellations are generally not possible once an order is placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a change, but orders processed by our warehouse are final.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return for defective products. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. We will send you a return shipping label so that you can ship your package to our Returns Department. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
